This fantastic large space has been developed and made possible by considerable investment from ourselves, The National Trust and Supported by the Visitor Economy Renaissance Programme grant funding secured by Oxlep Business.

Option to celebrate with  BBQ 's , Alfresco Dining, Hog Roasts etc  - bands/singers/jazz etc not amplified to ensure sensitivity within our rural setting/ambience.

Games such as lawn badminton, boules etc 

Paddleboards & Bicycles available for guest use
